The ESEE Model 3 is a solid survival knife with a blade made from 1095 carbon steel. The extremely sustainable powder coating on the blade protects it from the increased corrosion sensitivity of the carbon steel. The wonderful usage qualities of the steel guarantee a lifetime of pleasure. The full tang blade is enhanced with a micarta handle. The handle feels slightly coarse which is great for grip and comfort. The ESEE 3 has reasonably modest dimensions so that it won’t look too ‘threatening’. With this size it can easily be used as an EDC knife.
