The Old Bear Mushroom Rainbow M mushroom knife is a classic pocket knife from Italy. It is specifically designed to cut wild mushrooms. Because of the curved blade you can easily and evenly cut the stem of the mushroom. The serrations on the spine of the blade provide you with additional grip as you pick mushrooms.
