The Uncle Henry Junior Next Gen 807UH is an affordable, classic pocket knife. It is enhanced with three blades: a clippoint, sheepsfoot and a spey-knife. This knife was originally designed as a hunting knife, but it also comes in handy as a gentleman’s knife. You open it with two hands and a slipjoint ensures that it won’t close when you don’t want it to. Not a full lock, but simply some resistance from snapping shut.
